Microsoft Co-Founder’s $1.5B+ Sale Highlights “Safe Haven” Asset 💸

Last November, Paul Allen’s historic art collection shattered the record for largest-ever sale in auction history.

The fact that the blue-chip art market is still setting records amid major drawdowns in financial markets, and macroeconomic turmoil, highlights why it can be such a strong alternative diversifier. In fact, the high-end art market also remained resilient through downturns like the dot-com bubble and Great Financial Crisis in 2008.

But this time around, it’s not just billionaires benefitting.

Thanks to Masterworks. This award-winning investment platform allows people to invest in shares of multi-million dollar art by names like Banksy and Picasso. So far, all 11 of Masterworks’ sales have been profitable, the last 3 realizing 10.4%, 35%, and 13.9% net returns respectively.

Due to high demand, offerings can sell out in just minutes, but Futurepedia readers can now skip the waitlist with this referral link.

🤖 AI Use Cases Tutorial

🖼️ How to Create Social Media Posts with AI

ChatGPT can do anything. That’s not true, but it sometimes feels like it is. One thing it can do is help you fill out your content calendar faster than ever before. Here’s how you can use AI to create social media posts:

1️⃣ Brainstorming ideas

  • Begin by using ChatGPT to generate post ideas for your brand. Provide context about your brand, including its name, main value proposition, products/services, target audience, and brand voice values.

  • For example: "I want you to act as a social media expert. Brainstorm 5 post inspiration ideas to post on Facebook for the following brand: [brand name], [insert main value proposition, insert details on products or services you offer, insert your target audience, insert your brand voice values]."

2️⃣ Prompting, writing, and editing

  • After receiving post ideas from ChatGPT, choose the one that aligns best with your brand. Use the provided conversation to create a prompt for the post.

3️⃣ Adjusting tone of voice

  • Ensure that the generated post aligns with your brand's voice values. Use a prompt to rewrite the post with your specific brand voice guidelines, such as conversational, energetic, inspiring, fun, and educational.

4️⃣ Adding a CTA

  • Include a call to action at the end of the post to engage with your audience. For example: "Write a last sentence for this post inviting readers to comment with suggestions on how to implement a circular economy."

5️⃣ Finalizing the post

  • Combine the generated content and call to action to create a cohesive and engaging social media post.

6️⃣ Generating images

  • Use an AI text-to-image platform like Midjourney to create an image based on your post content. Provide specific prompts for the desired image style and content.

7️⃣ Editing and branding the image

  • After generating the image, upload it to a design tool like Canva. Add branded content to the image, such as a logo.

🎉 Congrats! You have now created a complete social media post, ready to go live.

➡️ Remember: Review and adjust the generated content as needed to ensure it aligns with your brand's messaging and values before publishing.
